A technology solutions company in India is seeking an experienced candidate to implement Oracle Fusion OTL solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading UAT cycles, and providing expert guidance on OTL configurations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Formal Oracle training or certifications are a plus.

What Youll Do
1.Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements for system enhancements.
2.Configure and implement Oracle Fusion OTL solutions, aligned with approved functional documentation (AN100, CM030, MD050, etc).
3.Lead UAT cycles define test cases, support business testing, and resolve any issues.
4.Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) configurations, integrations, and fast formulas.
5.Work closely with internal teams to roll out solutions across multiple entities and Joint Ventures.
6.Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.
7.Stay ahead of Oracles quarterly updates to leverage new features and capabilities.
What Were Looking For
1.58 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion, particularly Time and Labor (OTL).
2.Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Fusion OTL implementation.
3.Strong hands-on with OTL setups, fast formulas, absence integration, and local timekeeping system integration.
4.Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
5.Proficiency in test planning, documentation, and regression testing.
6.Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
7.Fluent English communication and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher, including custom subject area design
