Job summary

Fusion Practices LTD, a London-headquartered consulting and software firm, seeks an Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to join our growing Oracle Cloud ERP transformation team. You will apply hands-on experience with Fusion Financials to drive finance process improvements.

You will work with onsite/offshore teams, translate business requirements into Oracle solutions, and support GL, AP, AR, FA/FAH, and CM modules across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials in implementation, enhancement or support projects.
• Experience in GL / AP / AR / FA / FAH and CM modules.
• Familiarity with P2P and/or O2C processes is a plus.
• Experience across the complete project lifecycle where applicable.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting technologies (OTBI/BI Publisher) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials/Oracle Cloud ERP in implementations, enhancements or transformations.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions and work with onsite functional/technical teams.
• Manage GL configuration, journal processing, accounting, period close, reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Support AP processes including invoice processing, validation, approval and payments.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials and a good understanding of the underlying finance business processes. We are looking for Oracle Fusion Financials Consultants to join our growing team and work on exciting Oracle Cloud transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities & Experience

• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP in implementation, enhancement, support or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Experience in one or more Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) and Cash Management (CM).
• Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and/or O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes will be an advantage.
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or enhancement projects, with exposure to the complete project lifecycle where applicable.
• Hands-on experience with GL configuration, journal processing, accounting, period close, reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Experience working with GL interfaces / integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AP processes, including invoice processing, validation, approval and payment processes.
• Experience working on enhancements, configurations or implementations involving Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Candidates with FAH / Sub ledger Accounting experience will be good to have
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting technologies, including OTBI and BI Publisher, is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively with onsite functional and technical teams, understand business requirements and collaborate with technical/support teams to deliver solutions.
• Good client-facing and stakeholder management experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
