Job summary

PwC in India seeks a skilled Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant with 5-9 years of experience to work on Fusion Cloud Financials modules (AP, GL, AR, CM, Expenses) and related Finance integrations. You will execute end-to-end implementations, data migrations (FBDI/ADFdi), and support period-end closures while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate business requirements, and drive solutions with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience.
• Must have completed at least one end-to-end Fusion Finance implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift or support project.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: AP, GL, AR, Expenses, CM, Intercompany, Procurement, Expense Management.
• Ability to gather business requirements and propose solutions after due diligence.
• Strong understanding of Fusion Financials structures, CoA, hierarchies, flexfields, and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to deliver client requests within SLA.
• Assist in end-to-end testing cycles (Unit Testing, UAT) and obtain user sign-off.
• Support data migration efforts using FBDI/ADFdi and resolve related issues.

Job Description

• 5 to 9 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Should have completed minimum ONE end-to-end implementations in Fusion Finance modules, upgradation, lift and shift and support projects experience
• Experience in Oracle Cloud / Fusion Financials Functional modules like AP GL, AR, Expenses, CM Intercompany, Expense Management and Procurement modules
• Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence
• Good understanding of Enterprise Structures, CoA Structure, Hierarchies, FlexFields, Extensions setup in Fusion Financials
• Experience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions
• Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain sign-off
• Experience in working with various financials data upload / migration techniques like FBDI / ADFDI and related issue resolutions
• Experience in supporting period end closure activities
• Experience in reconciliation of financial data between GL and subledger modules
• High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of Financial Modules with other modules like Projects, Procurement / Order Management and HCM
• High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like SCM or PPM functionality is a plus
• Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Coordinate with team to close the client requests on a timely basis and meet the SLA
