We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) & OTBI Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making by working closely with business stakeholders and translating reporting requirements into scalable insights using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (formerly FAW) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality reporting and analytics solutions using FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) and OTBI.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into actionable dashboards and reports.
• Build data pipelines and reporting solutions across functional domains such as HCM, ERP, and CRM, integrating data from both Oracle and non‑Oracle sources.
• Customize FDI and OTBI to enable seamless integration with external systems and on‑premises applications.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity by applying best practices in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.

Primary Technical Skills

• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials standard reports.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) tools is a plus.

Certification

• Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Certified Implementation Professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle applications reporting and analytics, with hands‑on expertise in FDI (FAW) and OTBI.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
