Job summary

4sight is seeking an Oracle Fusion reporting specialist to develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports and dashboards for our Fusion applications. You will gather requirements from business teams, translate them into scalable reporting solutions, and build analyses across multiple modules.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion reporting experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to troubleshoot data issues in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from business and functional teams and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Design and develop OTBI analyses, dashboards, prompts, subject-area based reports, and visualizations.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher data models, templates, reports, and bursting solutions.
• Work with complex data sources and build efficient queries to support reporting requirements.
• Perform report testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Analyze reporting issues and provide timely resolutions for production and business-critical reports.
• Support report migration and deployment across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements across different Fusion modules.
• Prepare technical documentation for report specifications, data models, and reporting solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion technical reporting.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Good understanding of OTBI subject areas, data models, analyses, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Strong experience in BIP data models, RTF/Excel templates, bursting, scheduling, and report customization.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to work with complex queries and troubleshoot data‑related issues.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion application architecture and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work across any Oracle Fusion functional domain, such as Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, Projects, or related modules.
• Experience collaborating with functional consultants to interpret business requirements and reporting needs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with good communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Candidates with hands‑on implementation, enhancement, and production‑support experience in Oracle Fusion Reporting are preferred.
