Oracle Fusion CX and APEX Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion CX and APEX Developer to join our digital transformation team. This role focuses on developing, extending, and customizing Oracle Fusion Cloud CX applications (Sales and Service) using a variety of Oracle Cloud tools and frameworks including APEX, Redwood UI, Application Composer, Groovy scripting, and OIC. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands‑on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion CX.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and extend Oracle Fusion CX applications using:
  • Oracle Redwood UX framework
  • Oracle Application Composer & Page Composer
  • Groovy scripting for business rules and logic
• Develop applications using Oracle APEX
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP web services via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or custom adapters
• Create custom flows, automations, and UI logic in VBCS and embed them seamlessly in Oracle CX applications
• Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion CX modules including Oracle Partner Management and Oracle Sales and Service Cloud
• Functional or technical understanding of other modules such as Oracle CPQ, Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Rightnow (B2C Service Cloud), Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA), Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA), and Oracle Commerce Cloud
• Perform data migrations, transformations, and synchronization using OIC, FBDI, and web services
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Functional Consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement role‑based security, page customizations, and personalization in Oracle Fusion applications
• Contribute to Redwood UI adoption strategy and help modernize the existing legacy UI to Redwood standards
• Maintain and optimize existing customizations and troubleshoot issues with Fusion CX modules

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 5+ years hands‑on implementation projects experience in Oracle Fusion CX (Sales/Service/Marketing/APEX)
• Proficiency in Oracle APEX including custom component creation and REST integration
• Strong understanding of the Redwood UX design system and Oracle’s latest design patterns
• Experience with Groovy scripting in Application Composer
• Skilled in creating and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – integrations, adapters, and process automation
• Strong knowledge of custom object modeling, workflows, and validations
• Familiarity with Fusion Middleware and PaaS extensions
• Understanding of Oracle Security Model, Data Roles, and Custom Roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion CX Certification(s)
• Minimum 2 implementation projects experience
