Job summary

Phoenix Cloud Tech is seeking an Oracle APEX developer to design and maintain complex web apps and extensions. You will work with SQL/PLSQL on large HCM datasets and integrate apps with Oracle Cloud Fusion via REST APIs.

The role emphasizes performance optimization and strong security for custom extensions. Remote work is supported; 7+ years in Oracle APEX with hands-on Oracle Autonomous Database and SQL Developer experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle APEX development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Database and SQL Developer tools.
• Understanding of Oracle HCM data structures (Core HR, Payroll, etc.) is a major plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver high-quality code under tight deadlines.
