Job summary

VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to join our onsite team in Mumbai. You will translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations, focusing on banking/financial services integrations and data mapping.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BA/Functional Analyst experience, strong Oracle Fusion knowledge, and proven stakeholder management. You will collaborate with business, technical and integration teams on BRD/FRD and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
• Experience in Banking / BFSI / Financial Services domain.
• Strong understanding of system integration and data mapping.
• Experience preparing BRD, FRD, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with business, functional, technical, and integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Work on integration of banking/financial platforms with Oracle Fusion data and applications.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, functional specifications, process flows, and mapping documents.
• Perform data mapping and source-to-target mapping between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data flow across Oracle Fusion and external banking/financial systems.
• Coordinate with development and integration teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Conduct requirement walk throughs and stakeholder discussions.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and integration issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and change requests as required.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, compliance requirements, and project objectives.
