Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Transformation projects across global clients. You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise HR solutions and mentor junior team members through the complete lifecycle.

You will collaborate with clients to tailor HCM configurations, conduct requirement workshops, map business processes, and ensure successful data migration, testing, and training.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Key Skills
• Functional Experience in at least one of the following modules: payroll, absence, time & labor, benefits, compensation, core HR, ORC, Oracle learn/ talent/ helpdesk
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related business processes
• Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
• Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
• Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
• Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
• Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
• Has worked with small and large teams
• Has Knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work youll do:
