Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact point for enterprise clients via phone, email, and support portals.
- Isolate and troubleshoot client‑side application issues across assigned Oracle modules.
- Recreate customer technical conditions in sandbox environments to identify bugs and system behavior.
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with enterprise clients to drive satisfaction.
- Deliver post‑sales support and solutions for product questions and non‑technical inquiries.
- Follow Oracle’s support procedures, policies, and SLA guidelines to ensure high‑quality service.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and escalation teams to resolve complex issues.
- Use AI‑assisted tools and Oracle’s internal knowledge base to improve diagnosis accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0 to 2+ years of experience – freshers with strong technical analytical ability are encouraged.
- A technical background in B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Strict fluency in English – reading, writing, and speaking.
- Valid legal authorization to work in India; no visa sponsorship is provided.
- No security clearance required.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Foundational understanding of enterprise software, database systems, or Oracle product modules.
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic ability for application‑level and system‑level problems.
