Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials & Risk Management Consultant with 9+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and production support. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials, Risk Management, financial controls, and business process transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, enhancements, and AMS/support.


• Strong hands‑on experience in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Intercompany, Tax and Subledger Accounting.


• Gather business requirements, conduct fit‑gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.


• Implement and support Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including:


• Advanced Access Controls


• Advanced Financial Controls


• Segregation of Duties (SoD)


• Access Certification


• Define and maintain SoD policies, risk/control matrices, and financial controls.


• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident/problem management, RCA and SLA management.


• Support month‑end/year‑end close and critical Finance processes.


• Assess Oracle quarterly releases and coordinate regression testing.


• Work with business, Finance, Internal Audit, IT Security and technical teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.


• Support integrations with Procurement, Projects, HCM, EPM, Banking and third‑party systems.
