Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials functional consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation of GL, AP, and FA modules in an Oracle EBS environment.

You will collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions and support full-life cycle deployments. The role requires 6–10 years of hands-on Oracle Financials experience, strong domain knowledge in Banking/FS, and the ability to write functional specs for reports, interfaces,

• 6–10 years of hands‑on Oracle Financials experience with GL, AP and FA modules.
• Experience in full‑cycle implementations, upgrades, and post‑production support.
• Banking and FS domain experience.
• Strong accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials GL, AP, and FA.

• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design to align Oracle Financials with needs.
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and patches with minimal disruption.
• Support month-end and year-end closing ensuring compliance with accounting standards and controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues with technical teams and end-users.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE).
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to finance teams.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design to align Oracle Financials with business needs.
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams and end-users.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to finance teams.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
