Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials functional consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation of GL, AP, and FA modules.

The role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into scalable system solutions. You will drive gap analyses, support upgrades and patches, and ensure month-end/year-end closes meet accounting standards and controls.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials with GL, AP, and FA modules.
• Full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and post-production support experience.
• Experience in Banking and FS domain.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials modules GL, AP, and FA.

• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to finance teams.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations and audit requirements.
