Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Financials specialist with 8-11 years of Oracle ERP experience including Fusion Financials. You will lead multiple full lifecycle implementations, including offshore delivery, and work with clients on GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management modules.

Strong analytical, design and documentation skills are required. Role involves CRP sessions, design reviews, data conversion, integrations and solution design.

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financials with at least 3 years in Fusion Financials.
• Led at least 4 full lifecycle implementations, including at least one on Fusion Financials.
• Experience in Project accounting and Supply chain modules is a plus.
• Client-facing experience and ability to work with offshore teams.
• Exposure to integrations and data conversion activities.
• Experience in solution design and drafting functional specs.
• Ability to prepare test scripts and conduct CRPs/UATs.
• Must be aware of Oracle AI offerings.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document using AIM / OUM or other methodologies.
• Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, Expenses, AR, FA, Cash mgmt).
• Conduct CRP sessions and participate in design reviews.
• Map client requirements to Oracle Fusion modules.
• Interpret requirements and deliver design from offshore teams.
• Design module-specific solutions within Oracle Fusion.
• Lead design/fit-gap/training/testing sessions.
• Assist business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs and prepare deliverables.
• Prepare quality deliverables and test scripts.
• Conduct trainings and support PMO.

Experience:

• 8 - 11 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials (Earlier called as E-Business Suite) with at least 3 years of experience in Fusion Financials
• Should have led at least 4 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion Financials

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
• Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Conduct CRP sessions, Participate in design reviews and discussions
• Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Should be able to interpret functional requirements and able to deliver and design it from offshore
• Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion
• Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
• Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Prepare test scripts and test cases
• Conduct trainings
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Support Project Management Office (PMO)
