Job summary

DNV Germany Holding GmbH is seeking a highly motivated Functional Analyst to maintain Oracle Finance and related finance applications, supporting customers and working closely with the Finance Applications Team across locations.

You will manage global templates and country-specific Accounts Receivable requirements, handle incidents end-to-end, improve internal processes, and contribute to a reliable, scalable financial data ecosystem through knowledge base guidance and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS Finance – Accounts Receivable and related integrations.
• Ability to manage incidents and defects end-to-end.
• Ability to improve internal processes and ensure customer-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Template and country-specific requirements related to Oracle EBS Finance - Accounts Receivable and its integrations with source systems.
• Maintain an overview of the ecosystem related to the Finance area.
• Support and improve internal processes of customer requests execution according to best practice.
• Provide investigation and resolution to incidents and defects across the end-to-end process and connected systems.
• Work based on documentation like knowledge base articles.
• Identify strategies to improve quality and productivity of processes/services.
• Embed customer centricity in the service delivered.
• Develop own knowledge, skills and share with team.

Our Finance Application team is our key unit to further support our finance eco system based on Oracle eBusiness Suite, which also consists of a number of other closely integrated tools. A well-functioning and up-to-date finance system supporting our key processes end-to-end is a key engine to support our organizations commercial and financial commitments and assists to drive the transformation of the company. Our Oracle solution is integrated into many of our production systems and enables us as a company to have “one source of truth” for our financial data.

We are searching for a highly motivated individual to take on the position as Functional Analyst, maintaining Oracle Finance and other finance applications, supporting customers and work closely with the Finance Applications Team in different locations.

In your role you will:

• Support Global Template as well as country specific requirement related to Oracle (EBS) Finance - Accounts Receivable as well as its integrations with the source systems (e.g. PA, OM, etc.) ; and following the process as per agreed standards and practices.
• Responsible for having a good overview of the eco-system related to the Finance area.
• Support and improve internal processes of customer requests execution according to best practice.
• Provide investigation and resolution to incidents and defects related to the full end-to-end process, Oracle EBS modules and. connected systems to the Finance domain, considering root cause resolution and scalability.
• Perform tasks based on documentation like knowledge base articles.
• Identify strategies to improve the quality and productivity of processes / services.
• Embed customer centricity in the service delivered.
• Develop own knowledge, skills and experience and share with the team members.
