Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks a senior FCCS consultant with 10+ years in Oracle FCCS implementations to lead project design, validation, and team guidance. You will drive requirements, demos, training and testing, and produce BRD/SDD, test scripts and manuals to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have CA or MBA Finance, strong communication, and hands-on experience with FDMEE/ODI/Data Management for HFM/FCCS integrations, with willingness to travel to GCC countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FCCS implementation experience.
• 8+ successful end-to-end FCCS implementations.
• Excellent functional knowledge of financial consolidation and close.
• Leads projects, solution design and validation.
• Manages requirements gathering, demos, training and testing.
• Creates BRD, SDD, test scripts and manuals.
• Strong FCCS technical capabilities and integration with HFM/FDMEE/ODI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel to GCC countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall FCCS project delivery and design validation.
• Steer requirements workshops, solution demonstrations and testing.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, SDD, test scripts and user manuals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and guide project team on FCCS integration.

Job description

• § 10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS).
• § 8+ successful end to end implementation in FCCS
• § Excellent Functional knowledge on Financial Consolidation and close process
• § Lead the overall project, solution design & design validation and guide the project team
• § Lead the business requirement gathering sessions, Solution Demonstration, User Training and Testing
• § Create project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts and Manuals
• § Strong in the technical capabilities of FCCS
• § Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
• § CA or MBA Finance by qualification
• § Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders
• § Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
• § Confident and assertive
• § Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries
• § Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage
• § Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation, Hyperion/EPM Tax Reporting would be added advantage
