Job summary

Intellicore Consulting Group seeks a senior expert in FCCS to lead financial close and consolidation cloud service implementations. You will design solutions, validate designs, gather requirements, and train users across complex global projects. Strong communication and Hyperion/EPM integration knowledge are essential.

Willingness to travel to GCC regions is required. CA or MBA Finance qualifications are preferred, with extensive FCCS and Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FCCS implementation experience.
• 8+ successful end-to-end FCCS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and close processes.
• Lead the overall project design, validation and guide the project team.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution demonstrations, user training and testing.
• Create BRD, SDD, test scripts and manuals.
• Strong FCCS technical capabilities.
• Knowledge of HFM/FCCS integration with EPM/Hyperion via FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
• CA or MBA Finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced spreadsheets and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically/ GCC countries.
• Onsite GCC travel would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM planning, budgeting and tax reporting would be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead project, solution design and validation and guide the project team.
• Conduct business requirement sessions and solution demonstrations.
• Deliver user training and testing; create and maintain BRD/SDD and test scripts.

Job description

• § 10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS).
• § 8+ successful end to end implementation in FCCS
• § Excellent Functional knowledge on Financial Consolidation and close process
• § Lead the overall project, solution design & design validation and guide the project team
• § Lead the business requirement gathering sessions, Solution Demonstration, User Training and Testing
• § Create project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts and Manuals
• § Strong in the technical capabilities of FCCS
• § Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management
• § CA or MBA Finance by qualification
• § Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders
• § Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
• § Confident and assertive
• § Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries
• § Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage
• § Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation, Hyperion/EPM Tax Reporting would be added advantage
