Job summary

Elfonze Technologies seeks a seasoned Oracle FCCS consultant to translate business needs into technology-enabled consolidation solutions. You will plan delivery, gather requirements, design, develop and deliver Oracle FCCS-based consolidations and related processes, including intercompany eliminations and currency translations.

You will lead a team, mentor junior members, and manage stakeholders to ensure timely project closure and high-quality deliverables across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle FCCS experience.
• Experience in at least 2 Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation implementations.
• Strong knowledge of month-end consolidation and intercompany eliminations.

Job description

Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions

Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle Consolidation solutions

Provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core consolidation processes like intercompany eliminations, currency translation, month end consolidations.

Provide expertise in Oracle FCCS / HFM related to outlines, calculations, load rules, Web Forms, Smart View, Security, application validation and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables

Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure

Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle FCCS

Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure

Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)

Good understanding of Data conversion, integration, and reconciliation process

• 5+ Years of Oracle FCCS experience
• Worked on at least 2 Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation implementations
• Good understanding of Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting
• Must have a good knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations & financial statement presentations
• Proficient in creation of Business Rules – Custom consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating Cash Flow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides, Dynamic calculations
• Good knowledge of reporting tools (such as Financial Reporting Studio, Narrative Reporting, or any third-party reporting tools)
• Good communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence
