Job summary

AMS is seeking an experienced FCCS Administrator to support Oracle FCCS and Hyperion environments. The role focuses on consolidations, close management, data integrations, and robust reporting across global teams.

The ideal candidate will manage metadata, forms, rules, security, and workflows, while ensuring timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. Strong ETL, SQL, and Excel skills are required, with exposure to EDMCS and Narrative Reporting.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FCCS Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Hyperion to support financial consolidation, reporting, and close management activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing FCCS applications, metadata, business rules, data integrations, and stakeholder support in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle FCCS platform and related EPM applications.
• Manage metadata, business rules, forms, grids, workflows, and consolidations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial close cycles.
• Maintain and troubleshoot data integrations and processing activities across FCCS environments.
• Manage user provisioning, security, and access controls.
• Develop and enhance reports, automation, and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Ensure smooth operation of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle FCCS Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Experience in FDMEE, metadata management, data forms, task management, and consolidations.
• Exposure to EDMCS and Narrative Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ETL, data integration, and financial reporting processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of financial close and consolidation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Knowledge of Alteryx and VBA will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in afternoon/evening shifts supporting global stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 4.5 to 11 years of relevant experience in FCCS Administration and Hyperion technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Finance Transformation, EPM, or Financial Systems support environments.
• Big 4 consulting experience is preferred.
