Job summary

An IT and AI Solutions Provider is seeking a System Analyst to manage Oracle ERP systems in a remote role. Responsibilities include daily operations monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing Oracle ERP functionalities. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring smooth performance and timely resolution of technical or functional issues.
• Collaborate with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems promptly.
• Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new modules.
• Support and manage data integration between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.
• Analyse business processes and recommend improvements in Oracle ERP.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system configuration and customization.
• Ensure system configurations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations.
• Module: Order Management, Finances, Sales, Inventory, General Ledger, Purchasing, Shipping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in managing or supporting Oracle ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or similar).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and system support.
• Good knowledge of database concepts (Oracle SQL/PLSQL) and system performance monitoring.
• Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Experience with Oracle ERP upgrades, patching, and migration projects is an advantage.
