Devlats Pvt.Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks an Oracle ERP Finance Functional Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials. You will bridge finance operations and technology, documenting processes and ensuring robust financial workflows.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end configurations, conducting UAT, preparing end-user materials, and collaborating with global teams in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion Financials.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials core modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end financial business processes and statutory reporting.
• Proven participation in at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

We are looking for an expert Oracle ERP Finance Functional Consultant to join our team and drive the implementation, optimization, and support of our financial systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business finance operations and technology, configuring Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules to streamline our financial workflows and reporting capabilities. Tasks

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Cash Management).

Translate complex business requirements into robust functional design documents, process flows, and system configurations.

Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to optimize financial operations, month-end closing procedures, and reporting.

Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare comprehensive training materials and documentation for end users.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, user requests, and defects related to Oracle financial modules.

Partner with technical development teams to design custom integrations, reports, and data migrations where necessary.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on functional experience implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion Financials.

Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials core modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.

Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end financial business processes, accounting principles, and statutory reporting requirements.

Implementation Track Record: Proven participation in at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

Certifications: Oracle Cloud Financials certification is a strong plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with clear communication abilities.
