Job summary

Aanseacore is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Lead in Chennai to drive planning, consolidation, and data management initiatives. You will implement and support Oracle EPM applications, work with PBCS, EPMCS, Data Management, and FDMEE to meet Finance reporting needs.

The role requires hands-on EPM expertise, strong communication with stakeholders, and the ability to guide Finance teams through close processes and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of total experience and relevant with EPM.
• Strong / Expert-level EPM Functional Experience
• Hands-on experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
• Experience in EPM Consolidation (EPMCS)
• Experience with Data Management and FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition)
• Experience in EPM Reconciliation
• Strong EPM Technical Experience
• Experience working with Oracle Finance modules
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes (Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
