Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Developer to implement and support EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital and Projects, along with EPCM. The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and cloud tooling.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, create forms, build complex business rules, and collaborate with FP&A in an agile environment to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects).
• Experience with EPCM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• 1+ full lifecycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Experience creating forms, OIC integrations, and complex business rules.
• Ability to collaborate with FP&A in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects.
• Develop and maintain OIC integrations and complex business rules.
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and opportunities to enhance Financials ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal clients in an agile, design-thinking approach.
• Create and maintain system documentation (functional and technical).

Role & responsibilities

ORACLE EPM DEVELOPER(EPBCS

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting following:
• Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) modules - Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
• Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM)
• Oracle Integration cloud (OIC).
• 1+ full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation.
• Experience in creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
• Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystem.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approaches.
• Collaborate with the FP&A to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting and Reporting process for the organization.
• Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS) Is plus
• Experience of Python, AWS Cloud (Lambda, Step functions, EventBridge etc.)
