Job summary

Tekskills in India seeks an experienced Oracle EPM Developer (EPBCS) to implement and support EPBCS modules like Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects, plus EPCM and OIC integrations.

You will work on forms, complex business rules, and EDMCS knowledge is a plus, leveraging Python and AWS Cloud services.

Collaborate with FP&A in Agile/design thinking, maintain documentation, and stay aligned with Oracle EPM roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (EPBCS, EPCM) and support.
• Experience with EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects.
• Experience in EPCM and OIC integrations.
• 1+ full Oracle EPM Cloud implementation lifecycle.
• Create forms, OIC integrations, and complex business rules.
• Understand dependencies across Oracle EPM Cloud components.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM roadmap and functionality.
• Collaborate with FP&A using agile and design thinking approaches.
• Create and maintain functional and technical system documentation.
• Knowledge of EDMCS is a plus.
• Experience with Python and AWS Cloud (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge).

Role & responsibilities

ORACLE EPM DEVELOPER(EPBCS

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting following:
• Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) modules - Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
• Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (EPCM)
• Oracle Integration cloud (OIC).
• 1+ full life cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation.
• Experience in creating forms, OIC Integrations, and complex Business Rules.
• Understand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Keep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystem.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approaches.
• Collaborate with the FP&A to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting and Reporting process for the organization.
• Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS) Is plus
• Experience of Python, AWS Cloud (Lambda, Step functions, EventBridge etc.)
