We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with 6-10 years of experience to join our dynamic Oracle India team. As a valuable team member, you will contribute to leveraging your knowledge and domain experience within EPM cloud products.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, develop, document, and support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud Planning (Modules/Custom/Free Form).
• Build and support integrations with GL and Close applications, FCCS and EDMCS.
• Develop reports using Oracle EPM Financials Reporting and Narrative Reporting.
• Develop technical and functional Oracle EPM Cloud admin and user documentation.
• Attend client meetings, capture key requirements, and transform them into design solutions.
• Lead and/or participate in the development of deliverable content, ensuring client needs are met.
• Provide coaching/training to junior staff and actively manage personal and professional development.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding moderately complex activities for successful project implementation.
• 7 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and support.
• Hands-on experience in implementing EPM applications, specifically using PBCS/Freeform (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services).
• Solid experience of Integrations (Data Exchange/ Data management) of EPM Cloud applications.
• Experience with Business rules, Groovy Script, REST API.
• Ability to work independently, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively.
• Strong skills in Excel and collaboration/unified communication tools.
• Openness to adopt new technologies.
• Adopt monthly EPM cloud updates and apply on applications.
• Oracle Cloud certification is an added advantage ("Oracle Planning 2023 Implementation Essentials" - 1Z0-1080-23).

Personal Skills

• Approachable, flexible, trustworthy, and self-confident.
• Understanding of business objectives and organizational structure.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud applications (Preferably FCCS & ARCS) is a plus.
• Candidate with a strong finance domain background is a plus.
