Job summary

Huron is a global consultancy helping clients drive strategic growth and transformation. The role focuses on building and deploying master data solutions and governance procedures for client engagements in a collaborative team with Huron leadership and client personnel.

The Associate level position requires 4–7 years of MDM experience, familiarity with Oracle EDMCS/DRM, and strong communication, documentation, and analytical abilities to support ERP/EPM/BI integrations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of design, implementation, and support of master data management applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle EDMCS or Oracle Data Relationship Management/Data Relationship Governance (DRM/DRG).
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, EPM or BI applications and Oracle integration methodologies.
• Knowledge of business workflows and change processes.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts and master data management best practices.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of design, implementation, and support of master data management applications and familiarity with ERP/EPM/BI applications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) or Oracle Data Relationship Management/Data Relationship Governance (DRM/DRG)
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, EPM or BI applications and Oracle integration methodologies

Preferences

• Has successfully participated in large-scale MDM and Enterprise Performance Management or Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
• Has experience working with REST APIs, Oracle Data Management (Cloud/FDMEE), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PowerShell, Python
• Has strong presentation and collaborative skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation/deliverables
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation skills by leveraging MS Office tools
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
