Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Oracle EBS SCM specialist in Hyderabad to work on PO, INV, OM, Pricing, Cost Management, P2P, and O2C modules. You will participate in multiple implementation and support projects, prepare test case documents, and lead customer discussions with both business and technical teams.

The role requires excellent communication, strong analysis, and leadership to guide the team and ensure successful integrations with third-party applications within Oracle EBS Order Management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Oracle EBS SCM modules: PO, INV, OM, Pricing, Cost Management, P2P, O2C.
• Must have worked in at least 2 implementation or support projects.
• Should be able to prepare test cases documents.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must have handled the customer independently.
• Business requirement analysis, design and fit-gap experience.
• Excellent team player with leadership abilities to lead the team.
• Ability to lead onsite discussions with business and technical consultants.
• Strong analysis and issue-resolution capabilities.
• Experience handling integrations with 3rd party apps with Oracle EBS Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead EBS SCM discussions with onsite and offshore teams.
• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.
• Prepare and review test cases and validate against requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and consultants to resolve issues.
• Guide the team in implemention/support activities and testing.
• Manage integrations with 3rd party applications in Oracle EBS.
