Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant based in India. You will lead functional initiatives across Oracle EBS R12.2 Finance, including PPM, Project Accounting, and custom billing solutions, translating financial requirements into scalable configurations.

You will own data migration, reporting enhancements, and financial integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and support strategic business

Competenze

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consulting.
• Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2 Finance modules and the broader Oracle Financials architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Oracle PPM and Project Accounting modules.
• Familiarity with hybrid or multi-platform financial environments.
• Experience delivering custom billing applications and data migration projects.
• Understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and enterprise integrations.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant based in India.

Take on a strategic finance technology role where your expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite can help optimize complex financial operations and enterprise systems. You will lead functional initiatives across Oracle EBS R12.2 Finance, supporting critical projects involving Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Accounting, and custom billing solutions. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate financial requirements into effective system configurations and scalable solutions. You will also contribute to data migration, reporting improvements, and financial system integrations. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen data integrity, streamline processes, and support informed business decisions. Accountabilities

• Design, configure, and implement financial solutions using Oracle EBS R12.2 to address evolving business needs.
• Provide advanced functional expertise across Oracle Financials, analyzing complex financial scenarios and recommending process improvements.
• Lead end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Drive reporting enhancements that improve financial visibility and provide actionable business insights.
• Support Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Accounting implementations, collaborating with stakeholders to define project accounting standards.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain custom billing applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP systems.
• Write and execute complex Oracle SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and financial decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve complex financial data and system issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Ensure financial modules and processes comply with applicable industry regulations and internal control frameworks.
• Support the alignment of Oracle EBS with other enterprise platforms, including hybrid and multi-system financial environments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive Oracle EBS Finance consulting experience, strong technical SQL capabilities, and a solid understanding of enterprise financial processes and project accounting.

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consulting.
• Proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2 Finance modules and the broader Oracle Financials architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL, including the ability to develop complex queries and perform detailed data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Project Accounting modules.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience working in hybrid or multi-platform financial environments.
• A proven track record of delivering custom billing application developments and data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, data structures, reporting requirements, and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and resolve complex financial data challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to manage complex functional initiatives and deliver reliable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
