Job summary

Estuate Software is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) developer to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle EBS applications. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying EBS customizations and interfaces, with a focus on performance and scalable solutions.

Collaboration with functional teams and business users is essential. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of EBS development experience, strong PL/SQL/SQL, and hands-on experience with Forms, Reports, BI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/R12.2) development experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Alerts, and Concurrent Programs.
• Experience developing interfaces using APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Know-how of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization and AOL.
• Unix/Linux scripting and shell scripting knowledge.
• Version control with Git.
• Experience in ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HRMS (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle EBS customizations and extensions.
• Develop interfaces between Oracle EBS and third-party applications.
• Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher and Oracle Reports.
• Develop custom PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Support data conversion and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform code reviews and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to gather requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents and maintain development standards.
• Participate in upgrades, patching, and release deployments.

Skills Requirements

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/R12.2) development experience

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, and Oracle Concurrent Program.
• Experience developing and supporting interfaces using APIs, Open Interface Tables, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization and extensions
• Experience with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL)
• Familiarity with Oracle Application DBA concepts, including patching and deployments
• Experience with Shell scripting and Unix/Linux environments
• Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
• Experience in one or more Oracle EBS modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement (PO, iProcurement), Supply Chain (OM, INV, BOM, WIP), and HRMS (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
• Experience integrating Oracle EBS with cloud applications
• Exposure to higher education or university environments is preferred
• Oracle EBS certifications are desirable
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
