Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Delhi is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to manage and optimize Oracle databases across Production, UAT, and Development environments. The role includes installation, upgrades, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning to ensure high availability.

The candidate will oversee Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard configurations, enforce security and access control, and coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux/Unix Environments.
• Administer and maintain Oracle databases in Production, UAT, and Development environments.
• Perform database installation, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and Data Guard.
• Good understanding of SQL, PLSQL, and Shell Scripting.

Responsibilities
