Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks an experienced CPQ/Development Lead to join our team in India. The role requires deep hands-on expertise with Oracle CPQ (Big Machines), including BML and BMQL, and strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and XML.

You will lead a development team, work within SDLC and Agile frameworks, and contribute to pre- and post-production support processes while ensuring clear, effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (Big Machines), including BML and BMQL.
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and XML.
• Strong product knowledge and SDLC/Agile experience.
• Experience in SOPs for pre- and post-production support.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to lead development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team on CPQ-related projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver software enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile processes.
