Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Senior Oracle CPQ Developer/Technical Lead to drive design, implementation, and support of Oracle CPQ solutions. You will lead a development team, write core logic with BML/BMQL, and collaborate across Agile teams to support the full SDLC in a hybrid Bangalore/Gurugram setup with monthly office visits.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on CPQ experience, strong web tech skills, and proven leadership in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) experience, with BML/BMQL expertise.
• Strong web tech: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, XML.
• Deep knowledge of CPQ processes and product architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams within Agile/SDLC environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build CPQ configurations, pricing rules, commerce processes, and integrations using BML, BMQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Lead and mentor the CPQ development team, guiding technical strategy and code reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure lifecycle best practices from design through deployment.

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Location: Bengaluru/Gurugram - Remote (twice a month visit to office)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle CPQ Developer / Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of Oracle CPQ solutions. In this role, you will lead a development team, write core logic using BML/BMQL, and collaborate across Agile teams to support the full SDLC and production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design and build complex CPQ configurations, pricing rules, commerce processes, and integrations using BML, BMQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the CPQ development team, guiding technical strategy, code reviews, and task estimation.
• SDLC & Agile Delivery: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, adhering to software development lifecycle best practices from design through deployment.
• Production Support: Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pre- and post-production release, deployment, and ongoing technical support.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present technical solutions clearly to cross-functional teams and maintain strong documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Oracle CPQ Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), including expert-level proficiency in BML and BMQL.
• Web Technologies: Strong skills in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Configure, Price, Quote business processes and product architecture.
• Leadership & Process: Proven experience leading technical teams within Agile/SDLC environments.
