Job summary

Optim Hire in Chennai (On-site) is seeking an experienced CPQ developer to design, develop and maintain solutions on the Oracle CPQ platform. You will implement new features, support integrations, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to quality assurance and documentation.

With 4–10 years of CPQ experience, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions and help improve performance, usability, and stability in a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with CPQ platforms (Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ or similar).
• Experience with APIs, integrations and business applications.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Experience in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of product configuration, pricing structures and quoting processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the Oracle CPQ platform.

• Have 4+ years of experience with CPQ platforms such as Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ or similar
• Possess software development skills relevant to CPQ (e.g., BML, JavaScript, Java, .NET, or similar technologies)
• Bring experience working with APIs, integrations, and business applications
• Have an interest in translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Bring a structured and analytical approach to problem solving
• Have experience working in agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban
• Advantage to have knowledge of product configuration, pricing structures, and quoting processes
