Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Transformation Program Lead to migrate Oracle Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, data migration, and integrations, coordinating with business, technical, and vendor teams across the enterprise.

You will lead testing, cutover, change management, and user adoption while reporting progress to senior stakeholders and ensuring timely risk resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Oracle transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Experience in large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Knowledge of OCI, Oracle ERP, SCM, data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover.

• Coordinate with business, functional, technical, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle transformation or enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Strong knowledge of OCI, Oracle ERP, SCM, data migration, integrations, testing, and cutover.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Industry experience in Telecom, Manufacturing, or High-Tech environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, governance, and problem-solving skills.
