Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions, including modules related to service management, inventory, depot repairs, and logistics operations.
- Solution Design & Optimization: Design and optimize service logistics processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze business requirements and processes, working closely with stakeholders to tailor Oracle Cloud solutions to meet customer needs.
- Integration with ERP: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics modules with other Oracle ERP solutions.
- Project Management: Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle Cloud Service Logistics solutions, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget control.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide functional expertise in resolving complex customer issues related to service logistics, inventory, and operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure the service logistics solution aligns with broader organizational goals and processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service logistics processes and performance, leveraging the capabilities of Oracle Cloud.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Service Logistics (or related Oracle Cloud solutions), with a strong focus on customer service management, service logistics, and related processes (e.g., depot repairs, field service management).
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud service logistics modules, such as Oracle Field Service, Inventory, Depot Repair, and other related Oracle modules.
- Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of service logistics business processes, including parts management, technician inventory, service requests, and billing.
- Project Experience: Proven experience in managing or contributing to full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex service logistics challenges.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams.
- Certification: Oracle Cloud certifications (such as Oracle Service Logistics or Oracle Field Service) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Client-Facing: Prior experience in client-facing roles with responsibilities for requirements gathering, business analysis, and process design.
- ERP Knowledge: Broader knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and integration with service logistics processes.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in service industries (e.g., field services, maintenance, customer service) is highly desirable.
