You will configure dashboards, alerts, and automated notifications while collaborating with DevOps and support teams to resolve performance issues and ensure secure operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Administration, Infrastructure Monitoring, or Observability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong experience with Splunk for log monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Administrator with strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, reliability, and effective incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, manage, and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and services using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Configure dashboards, alerts, monitoring rules, and automated notifications.
• Analyze application and infrastructure performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Monitor logs, metrics, traces, and events to identify potential issues proactively.
• Work with infrastructure, application, DevOps, and support teams to resolve performance and availability issues.
• Configure and maintain observability solutions across cloud environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and cloud optimization.
• Maintain monitoring documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and operational best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Administration, Infrastructure Monitoring, or Observability Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong experience with Splunk for log monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident management.
• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and IAM concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting performance and availability issues.
• Understanding of logs, metrics, traces, and observability concepts.
• Experience working in production support or enterprise cloud environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Monitoring and Logging.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
