Job summary

Trinamix is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance & RMCS Functional Consultant to implement and support Oracle Cloud Finance and RMCS for clients. You will analyze financial processes, configure modules, run workshops, and train end users across complex finance environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop documentation, and ensure best practices are followed from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• RMCS implementation and support experience.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience configuring Oracle Cloud and following best practices.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP, Excel and project management tools.
• Oracle Cloud Finance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client financial processes to tailor Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Finance modules and RMCS per client specs.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
• Support unit/integration/UAT testing during projects.
• Provide end-user training for effective system use.
• Develop and maintain process flows, specs, and user manuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Finance and Revenue Management Cloud Solutions (RMCS) for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful financial processes that align with best practices. Your role will also involve conducting system configuration, user training, and developing documentation while serving as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client financial processes and requirements to provide tailored Oracle Cloud solutions.


• Configure Oracle Cloud Finance modules and RMCS to meet client specifications.


• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and deliver presentations to stakeholders.


• Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.


• Provide training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.


• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during implementation and post-implementation phases.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.


• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Management Cloud Solutions (RMCS) and its functionalities.


• Proficient in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.


• Experience with Oracle Cloud application configuration and best practices.


• Familiarity with financial processes and compliance frameworks.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.


• Proficient in tools such as Oracle Cloud ERP, Excel, and project management software.


• Certification in Oracle Cloud Finance or related modules is a plus.
