Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Revenue Management Services (RMCS) Consultant to deliver solutions for the Oracle Cloud Fusion RMCS module based on customer requirements. The role involves driving CRP sessions, data conversion workshops, data configuration, fit-gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT support, and post-cutover hypercare for SaaS applications.

Interaction with process owners and SMEs is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of IT consulting experience implementing Oracle ERP (EBS + Cloud) including RMCS.
• 2–3 years of hands-on RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) experience with certification.
• Good awareness of available out-of-the-box integrations in Oracle RMCS.
• Thorough understanding of upstream process flows with RMCS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Revenue Management and its integration with third-party applications or Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather revenue management and billing-related requirements.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Revenue Management and Billing modules to meet revenue and billing needs.
• Design, build and implement customizations and extensions to align with business processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and business processes.
• Document revenue recognition policies and accounting treatments.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques for connecting Revenue Management with other systems.
• Oracle certification related to Oracle Cloud Revenue Management is a plus.
• Ability to deliver under strict timelines; strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Infosys is seeking a Oracle Revenue Management Services (RMCS) Consultant. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions for Oracle Cloud Fusion RMCS module based on customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to drive the CRP sessions, Data Conversion Workshops, Data Configuration, Fit-Gap analysis for requirements, Design Solution, perform SIT, support UAT and troubleshoot the functional issues during Cutover Hypercare on the SaaS applications. Interact with customer process owners and SMEs to understand and analyze various processes.

Technical Requirement

• Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of IT consulting experience of implementing Oracle ERP (EBS + Cloud) product suite of Financials/RMCS
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of working experience in Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) application and have done certification in Oracle RMCS
• Good awareness of the available Out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations in Oracle RMCS.
• Thorough understanding of upstream process flows with which RMCS has integration.
