Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a technical analyst to support Oracle Cloud ERP, including SaaS and PaaS, across OCI, OIC and Oracle Financials. The role balances about 70% production support with 30% project/enhancement work and requires a strategic mindset for day-to-day technical execution.

You will collaborate with business teams to design, support, and enhance solutions, leveraging APIs, web services, SQL, and data analysis. 2+ years of Oracle PaaS experience (OIC, APEX, VBCS, PL/SQL) is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and/or OCI solutions.
• Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle Oracle SaaS or PaaS implementation.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, APIs and web services, SQL and data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle PaaS technologies including OIC, APEX, VBCS, PL/SQL.

Our client is looking for a technical analyst supporting Oracle Cloud ERP (SaaS & PaaS) financial applications and integrations. This role partners with the business to design, support, and enhance solutions across OCI, OIC, and Oracle Financials, balancing 70% production support with 30% project/enhancement work. Ideal for someone who can think strategically while managing day to day technical execution

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and/or OCI solutions
• Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle Oracle SaaS or PaaS implementation

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• APIs and web services
• SQL and data analysis

2+ years of experience with Oracle PaaS technologies, including:

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle APEX
• Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• PL/SQL

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• BI reporting experience (OTBI, Smart View, BI Publisher)
