Job summary

iteria.us in Hyderabad seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to architect, design, implement and lead Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions. You will guide a technical team and collaborate across ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM and CX domains.

Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The role involves architecting, designing, implementing, and leading Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions, guiding a skilled technical team, and working with technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle BIP, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle APEX, Oracle Business Process Management, Oracle Java Cloud Services, Oracle Visual Builder Studio, and modern development frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design for various customer technical challenges and functional requirements by identifying optimal Oracle technology solutions that maximize the Oracle technology footprint and business value.
• Provide comprehensive technical architecture guidance and detailed implementation roadmaps to development and functional teams for seamless system conversions, integrations, reporting solutions, and workflow enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring high-performance data flow and system connectivity across enterprise applications.
• Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated metrics-based analytics and reporting solutions utilizing Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and BI Publisher (BIP) technologies.
• Implement and enforce industry best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality technical deliverables across all project engagements.
• Perform advanced code optimization and performance tuning activities to ensure superior system performance and optimal user experience for customer implementations.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams to gather, analyze, and translate complex functional and technical requirements into innovative, scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrate technical versatility by working across multiple Oracle functional areas including ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM, and CX applications, providing integrated technical solutions that span multiple business domains.
• Lead technical implementations for both Oracle Cloud/SaaS solutions and on-premises Oracle environments, ensuring seamless hybrid cloud architectures and migration strategies.
• Mentor, guide, and provide technical leadership to development team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent technical delivery excellence across multiple customer engagements.
• Serve as a technical thought leader driving innovative, accurate, and integrated solutions through self‑motivation, collaborative team leadership, and adherence to organizational compliance standards.
• Support pre‑sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution architecture input, and effort estimation for complex Oracle Cloud implementation proposals.

Primary Technical Skills

• Comprehensive Oracle techno‑functional expertise across various Oracle applications with detailed knowledge of underlying database structures, data models, and application architecture patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies including performance optimization, query tuning, and database design principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, architecting, and developing complex integrations using multiple middleware solutions, mandatory hands‑on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle APEX application development and Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) solution design and implementation.
• Strong technical foundation in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and modern data architecture patterns for enterprise‑scale implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) tools, including dashboard development, report creation, and analytics solution architecture.
• Advanced skills in database query optimization, performance tuning, and system performance analysis to ensure optimal application responsiveness.
• Strong analytical thinking and solution‑oriented approach with ability to resolve complex technical challenges and architect innovative solutions.
• Experience with modern development technologies including Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Node.js, and cloud‑native development frameworks.

Secondary Technical Skills

• Provide technical leadership in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration and provisioning activities, including server management, service configuration, and cloud resource optimization as required by project needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud applications technology field, with demonstrated progression in technical leadership roles.
• Substantial experience with Oracle on‑premises solutions and hybrid cloud migration strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proven collaborative approach in cross‑functional team environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to align technical initiatives with organizational goals and drive successful project outcomes.
• Experience in team mentoring, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer activities.

Preferred Certifications

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Cloud Architect certification.
• Oracle Cloud Fusion Analytics Warehouse Certified Implementation Professional.
• Oracle APEX Developer certification.
• Oracle SaaS related certifications in ERP, HCM, or other relevant functional areas.
