Job summary

Peloton Consulting Group is seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP PPM/Projects Lead to guide end-to-end project implementations, focusing on project financials, governance, and integration. You will partner with stakeholders to map processes, design scalable solutions, and drive delivery across onshore/offshore teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Projects, Projects Contracts, and Costing, plus strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Projects (Oracle PPM Cloud)
• Minimum of 2 end to end implementations in Oracle Cloud/Fusion
• Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts
• Project Accounting, Project Billing and Project Costing
• Knowledge of how Oracle Projects Modules integrate with other ERP cloud modules
• Hands on implementation experience in Oracle Financials Modules
• Experience or knowledge in Oracle Cloud BI reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model

As a Oracle Cloud ERP PPM/Projects Lead, you will lead the delivery of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud solutions, helping clients transform project financial management, delivery operations, and governance. You will partner with business stakeholders to define project-centric processes, design scalable solutions, and lead end-to-end implementations aligned to Oracle Cloud leading practices.

This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Project Financials and strong integration knowledge across Financials, Procurement, and other enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities:
