Job summary

Peloton Consulting Group is seeking a driven ERP consultant to join our Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation team in Hyderabad. The role involves client relationship management, technical configuration, and process optimization for complex cloud projects.

You will work with finance and accounting teams, gather requirements, design solutions, test, and deliver knowledge transfer. A Bachelor's or Master's in finance/accounting is required; CA/CMA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementations.
• CA or CMA qualifications would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Access.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Defining business requirements and providing recommendations.
• Contributing to team brainstorms and effectively communicating information.
• Designing, prototyping, and building Oracle Cloud solutions.

This role requires a balance of client relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic thinking to ensure services are delivered efficiently and aligned with evolving client business needs.

RequiredExperienceandSkills:

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor/master’s degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementations.
• Candidates with CA or CMA qualifications would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Access
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment where projects and deadlines often require multi-tasking and flexible work schedules
• Self-starter with solid analytical and problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
• High level of attention to detail, ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Ability to integrate rapidly with existing team
• Good personal organizational and planning skills
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong commitment to customer service
