Job summary

Hiresquad Resources is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion ERP expert with extensive Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience. The role focuses on Fusion and AR+CM modules, with immediate joiners preferred.

The candidate should have 6–11 years total experience, including 5–7 years in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and 2–3 years in Finance & Accounting industries. Responsibilities include leading client-facing configurations, data conversion strategy sessions, and architecture/design workshops.

Qualifications

• 6 to 11 years total experience in Finance & Accounting domain.
• 5 to 7 years of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• 2 to 3 years of industry experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in Cloud Financial implementation preferred.
• 4+ full lifecycle ERP implementations, preferably US or global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects for clients.
• Conduct strategy sessions for data conversion and integration workshops.
• Configure Oracle Fusion apps in client-facing roles.
• Present ideas clearly and drive workshops and pilots.
• Stay updated on industry trends and cloud solutions value.

About the Role

Qualified Chartered Accountants – CA or ICWAI or Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA Finance) with 6 to 11 years of total experience with at least 5 to 7 years of Oracle Cloud ERP Applications implementation experience and 2 to 3 years of Industry experience in Finance and Accounting

• Preference would be given for Cloud Financial implementation experience


• Experience in modules like Advance Collectons, and GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Oracle Time & Labor, Project Contracts and Risk Management Cloud modules like Advanced Financial Control (AFC) & Advanced Access Control (ACS), EPM, Financial Consolidation Hub, Internal Controls Manager, Receivables, internet expenses, Advance Collections, Treasury, Public Sector Financials


• At least 4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience.


• Should have experience in conducting Strategy Sessions for Data Conversion, Integration/Report Functional Design Workshop, conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room Pilots


• Should have experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing role


• Should be master of industry trends and demonstrated value of Cloud Solutions to multiple Customers.


• Active participation in Community forum, publications in professional forum will be added advantage.


• Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.


• Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.


• Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
