Job summary

HGS Hyderabad is seeking a BRM testing professional with 3–6 years of Oracle BRM Billing Development and testing experience to contribute to testing BRM modules and ensure quality across billing, invoicing, ratings, and payments.

The role requires exposure to BRM 7.4/7.5, PL/SQL and stored procedures, and experience working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of Testnap and BCUI testing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Oracle BRM Billing Development and testing experience.
• BRM 7.4 and/or 7.5 experience.
• Hands-on testing BRM modules: Billing, Invoicing, Payments, GL, Collections.
• PL/SQL and Stored Procedures experience.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Testnap scripting and BRM opcode testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to test strategy, test plan, test case writing and execution of test scenarios.
• Ability to test BRM functional areas such as Accounts, Billing, Invoicing, GL, Payments, Accounts Receivables, UEL, etc.
• Test BRM using Testnap payloads for opcodes.
• Demonstrate QA test coverage to users and document defects and test results.
• Assist in RESTful services testing and BCUI testing as needed.

Job description

Typically requires 3-6 years of Oracle BRM Billing Development experience to include general billing functionality, account management, invoicing, rating, billing, payment processing, pricing, configuration, and bundling.

BRM Skills

Experience with Oracle BRM 7.4 and/or 7.5

Exposure of BRM implementations at the customer site

Experience with PCM and PIN Macros

Experience in developing Policy Opcodes and MTA applications

Experience in product configuration, real-time Rating, Customer registration, Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Payment, General Ledger, and Collection

Experience in Pipeline Batch Rating, Discounting, iscripts, REL(rated event loader), UEL

Experience in Performance tuning of BRM applications

Experience in Pricing Center, Customer Center, Developer Center, Payment Center GUI

Experience on Paymentech Server

Nice to have Billing Care UI (BCUI) Development skills.

Experience in writing PL SQL and Stored Procedures and experience working within an agile environment

• Contribute to test strategy, test plan, test case writing and execution of test scenarios
• Ability test BRM functional areas such as Accounts,Billing,Invoicing,GL,Payments,Accounts Receivables,UEL,Pipeline Usage processing,Collections,Product Management,Discount Management etc.
• Testnap scripting with FLIST payloads for BRM opcodes.

• Respond to testing enquiries from users, provide demo of applications tested in QA, walkthrough of QA test cases, defects, tools
