About the Opportunity
You will be a key part of a team that is passionate about delivering unforgettable customer care, while having the support, resources, and progression opportunities that come with being part of the biggest brand in healthcare.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead clinics and provide specialist care and advice to all patients
- Test eyes using the latest technology while maintaining outstanding patient care
- Deliver enhanced services dependent on store needs
- Respond to emergency triages
- Work with external healthcare professionals
- Provide clinical support to team members on the shop floor
- Advise patients using your clinical knowledge
- Keep up to date with latest clinical practices
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- GOC registered (or expecting to be in the next 6 months)
- Additional registration with the relevant NHS body
- Drive to deliver excellent patient care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Motivation to ‘See What’s Possible’ for teams, customers, and patients
