The ideal candidate may be a fresher or have up to 8 years of experience, with B.Optom or Diploma in Optometry, and should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive eye examinations, provide accurate vision correction solutions, recommend suitable eyewear, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using modern optometric equipment.
• Diagnose refractive errors and prescribe corrective lenses.
• Recommend suitable spectacles, contact lenses, and lens options based on customer requirements.
• Interpret prescriptions and provide professional optical guidance.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Ensure accurate fitting and dispensing of spectacles.
• Maintain patient records and examination reports.
• Educate customers on eye care, lens maintenance, and vision health.
• Coordinate with store staff to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain hygiene and quality standards.
