Cognizant is seeking a CMP configuration specialist to design and optimize the Optimizely CMS & CMP setup, including workflow creation and editorial planning.

You will advise on best practices, develop configuration options, and support knowledge transfer to colleagues while integrating REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks with CMS/CRM/DAM systems. Collaboration with Product Owners and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver scalable content experiences.

Competenze

• Experience configuring CMP workflows and editorial planning.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON and webhooks for integrations.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/Node.js/Python and .NET ecosystems.

Mansioni

• Design and configure CMP to fulfil user requirements including the creation/amendment of workflows as required
• Support with maximising adherence to Optimizely CMP best practice and provide guidance/recommendations on approaches where an out of the box solution is not available
• Develop config solution options and provide recommendations to Product Owner
• Provide quality assurance/recommendations on current production CMP processes/configuration
• Support with CMP knowledge transfer to RLG colleagues
