Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Ops Tester for Treasury to conduct comprehensive testing of product parameterization, events and GL allocations, ensuring accurate COA mapping and correct accounting treatments.

You will coordinate with technology, business and operations teams during system setup and UAT, support migration activities from a financial systems perspective, and contribute to go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 58 years of experience in testing across banking or financial domain, preferably treasury systems.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end GL testing and validation of accounting treatment.
• Ensure accurate chart of accounts mapping for new product-related transactions.
• Coordinate with technology, business and operations teams during system setup and UAT phases.
• Support migration activities from a financial system perspective and assist go-live readiness.

The resource will conduct a comprehensive review of product parameterization, including events and GL allocations.
• Responsibilities include ensuring accurate chart of accounts mapping for new product-related transactions, validating accounting treatment, and performing end-to-end GL testing.
• Coordination with technology, business, and operations teams during system setup and verification of accounting entries throughout all UAT phases.
• Additionally, the role involves checking migration activities from an accounting perspective and supporting go-live activities from a financial system standpoint.

Skills and Experience

• 58 years of experience in testing across banking or financial domain, preferably treasury systems.
• Solid understanding of treasury platforms like FM Converge or similar platforms.
• Good exposure to trade lifecycle, risk management, pricing, and settlement systems.
• Familiarity with integration testing tools, automation (optional), and defect tracking tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
• Working knowledge of APIs, messaging protocols (MQ, FIX), and file-based integrations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in agile and waterfall environments.
• Prior experience in end-to-end testing for enterprise trading applications is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional and offshore teams.
