Overview

APM Terminals Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management). The responsibilities span all kinds of warehouses such as CFS, CY, inland depot/warehouses, bonded warehouses, etc., whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.

Core Responsibilities

Administrative stream staff primarily support others by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks. Roles range from highly supervised entry‑level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical expertise who can execute specialized work to support operations.

At the top of this career stream, individuals work independently and apply standards, yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems.

Colleagues at this level perform work based on routines and any new knowledge is generally acquired through short explanations and simple instructions. They perform highly specific tasks or tasks of limited scope, with well‑defined processes and procedures and readily available instructions. The job requires little or no prior work experience within the functional area and the colleague is not expected to exercise independent judgment, working under close supervision.
