Job description

APM Terminals Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution), with distribution covered by carrier management. This spans a variety of warehouses such as CFS, CY, inland depot/warehouses, bonded warehouses, whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.

Management stream responsibilities involve leading people with full employee lifecycle duties, including hire/fire decisions, coaching/mentoring, task coordination, performance appraisal, pay reviews, and development for future assignments. These duties are in addition to job‑specific accountabilities such as setting direction, developing business and operational areas, creating policies and practices, and implementing business plans. The planning horizon ranges from short to long term, depending on career stage, with goal achievement driven through performance of direct and indirect reports. Progression reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. A colleague at this level works independently within defined boundaries and guidelines but may seek supervision on more complex tasks.
